What if my order arrived damaged?

If any items are damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damages. We will arrange to ship the product back to us for a free replacement.

Th engraving is incorrect due to my mistake. Is there anything I can do?

Mistakes happen and we would be happy to work with you to come up with a solution! As each piece is custom made, please contact us for further information.

Can I make changes to my order?

Accepted Answer

In an effort to complete your order as efficiently as possible, your piece often enters production within 12 hours. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellation within 12 hours of your order being placed.

Will I get to see a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

We do not send proofs before production due to the delays it may cause with not hearing back from clients. 
Please include all information in the email that is sent to you once your order has been placed.

How do you get my image?

Accepted Answer

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email within 24 hours asking for all details. 
There will be a questionnaire to include all information *Please make sure spelling and dates are correct*.
You then will reply to this email with a copy of your image. ie. paw print, finger print or horses head.
